The NCAA management improvement workplace, in partnership with the Board of Governors Committee To Promote Cultural Range and Fairness, has chosen 22 senior-level directors to take part within the NCAA Pathway Program, with the aim of getting ready these people to realize positions as administrators of athletics or convention commissioners.

Included among the many chosen directors are two representatives from the Southeastern Convention, Kristen Brown, Deputy Athletics Director at Texas A&M, and Byron Hatch, Assistant Commissioner within the SEC Workplace.
