Jamel Herring and Carl Frampton on Friday made weight for his or her struggle Saturday in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Herring, defending his WBO 130-pound title, and Frampton weighed 129.4 and 129.9, respectively.
Herring (22-2, 10 KOs) will probably be making the third protection of the title he gained by outpointing Masayuki Ito in Could 2019. Frampton (28-2, 16 KOs) is trying to develop into a champion in a 3rd weight class.
The struggle will probably be out there on ESPN+ in america. The principle card begins at 4 p.m. ET / 1 p.m. PT.
The weights for different bouts on the cardboard are as follows:
- Donnie Nietes (114.9) vs. Pablo Carrillo (114.6), junior bantamweights
- Zhankosh Turarov (140) vs. Tyrone McKenna (139.6), junior welterweights
- Keyshawn Davis (138.2) vs. Richman Ashelley (136), junior welterweights
- Tursynbay Kulakhmet (153.9) vs. Heber Rondon (153.7), junior middleweights
