The Exercise

Group Assembly – Evaluate of week:Th-Fri 8-10am.

Heat up – Snorkel and Fins – Fairly strokes – end every being conscious of the hand place Pinky End (PF) and shoulder minimization.

    100 vertical sit back w med ball (take 5-10 SR at 25’s if wanted.
5 x Kicking and Sculling set
    1 x 50 1:30 (5 vertical jumps underneath flags, 2 stroke swim to show off of final soar (5yds) no breath flip and dash to half, subsequent half polo stroke, flip and 4th black line underwater, flip, boat pull to fifteen m mark, chair sit scull till your knees contact the wall.
    1 x 25 kick on :20
    1 x 25 kick on :30
    2 x 25 kick on :20
    2 x 25 kick on :40 first and final 10 kicks flutter quick

3 x Principal
    2 x 175 2:30 (or 150 or 125) Paddles, no respiration 3 strokes out and in of turns
    2 x 25 canine paddle – attain ahead and dig deep. regular head :45
