Hendry to make comeback in March


Hendry received 36 rating titles throughout his 27-year profession

Seven-time world champion Stephen Hendry will make his snooker comeback at subsequent month’s Gibraltar Open.

He withdrew from January’s Professional Sequence and had been due to participate on this month’s Welsh Open, earlier than what he known as a “glitch” within the on-line entry system noticed him miss out.

The event, which begins on 1 March, is being held within the UK due to the worldwide pandemic. A venue has but to be introduced.

Hendry, who retired in 2012, received seven World Championships between 1990 and 1999.

He topped the world rankings yearly from 1990 to 1998, and solely Ronnie O’Sullivan has received extra rating titles.
